1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it typically takes 1–2 business days for us to process, pack, and hand over your parcel to our delivery partners.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across most pincodes within India through our trusted courier partners.

If your delivery location is not serviceable, you will be informed during checkout or contacted by our support team to discuss alternatives.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Standard shipping is available for all orders.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Metro and Tier-1 cities may receive orders faster, while remote locations may take longer.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email, SMS or WhatsApp message with the tracking details and courier partner information, where available.

You can use this tracking link or the AWB number on the courier partner’s website or app to track the status of your shipment.

6. Delays and Service Disruptions

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather conditions, logistical issues, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.

In case of significant delay, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can coordinate with the courier and update you.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are complete and accurate at the time of checkout.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated delivery attempts, may be reshipped at an additional shipping cost, or refunded as per our refund or return policy (excluding shipping fees, where applicable).

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept it or ensure it is clearly mentioned on the delivery proof.

Take clear photos or videos of the outer packaging and the products received, and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can assist you according to our returns or replacement policy.

9. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
